This spring has been full of motherhood sessions and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love seeing mamas interacting with their babies in front of the camera. So often we are the ones behind the camera and forget to get inside the frame. I personally love looking back at photos of my mom when I was young. They are rare but so important for me to have now that I’m a mom myself. I love seeing what she looked like when she was in this same stage of life.
Last month, I had the opportunity to photograph Hilary with her three sweet kids in NE Minneapolis. And when I say sweet I mean it – they were so calm, polite and adorable. Well done, mama!
