As a mom and a photographer,
I understand the reality of being a busy family with kids running crazy. Photographing your family isn’t lining everyone up and getting them to smile at the camera. It’s movement and play. Big feelings and little moments. It’s playing with their favorite toys, running around, picking them up, and circling them in a hug.
Family photos aren’t about being perfect. They’re about remembering. Everything that makes you a family right now is worthy of being remembered for all of time. You may put on makeup for the first time in weeks and dress up, but ultimately your session isn’t about how you look. It’s about having an experience with your family– an hour spent with your family playing, laughing, and holding onto one another.

I’ll scout a gorgeous outdoor location for your family session, and trust me– it won’t be your typical spot where you’re fighting for space with other families. We’ll find something unique and give you plenty of room to explore and play with the kiddos.
Meet me at my natural light studio in a historic Minneapolis building. With lots of natural light, amenities,, it’s an easeful and fun session experience.
