Krystel and Tom’s Hutton House wedding was a timeless spring affair in May 2021. They are such a kind, fun-loving couple that were just excited to finally tie the knot after the Covid pandemic!

I absolutely love working at The Hutton House. It’s simple, modern design makes for the perfect backdrop for timeless, editorial-style photos. Krystel and Tom fell in love with it too! They used a soft, organic, neutral, springtime palette with whites, ivories, nudes and light pink to decorate the venue. Krystel wanted the colors to reflect the florals that would be in bloom at the time of year.

Krystel loves florals, so she wanted flowers to be a focal point of the wedding. She had a strong vision for how she wanted the decor and flowers to look, and it turned out beautifully. I love the pop of color great florals add to the Hutton House’s space.

Tom and Krystel have known each other since kindergarten. They met when we were 5 years old and went to a small school together through 8th grade. Though the two went their separate ways in high school and college, they maintained the same friends from their primary school. The two reconnected at a local bar a couple years after college and fell in love quickly after that night. It was a long time coming, and Tom says that it was always meant to be for them to reconnect and be with one another one day. How sweet is that?!
